Track request: v8 for Postman

Hello

Postman has recently released a new major version v8. Going forward we would like to keep supporting the v7 release line. For this, I would like to request the creation of the v8 track for the Postman snap. This is very similar to the last request I raised that was for creating v7 track.

Please do let me know if any more information is required.
