It appears that the Thunderbird candidate and stable channels are transitioning to a monthly release schedule. However, the current v141 release in the candidate channel is still branded as a beta version, which should be corrected before it is promoted to the stable channel.

Thanks for the heads up! This is expected because 141 is still currently the beta for one more day. Once it becomes the monthly release, we’ll expect the branding to transition to the normal non-beta branding.

It looks like the beta branding has now largely been removed from the 141.0-3 build. Only the help message still shows “About Thunderbird Beta”. The link to the release notes also seems to be incorrect as it links to “https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/141.0esr/”. The link works when removing the ‘esr’ tag.
