I’m working in a VFX studio that utilizes this software heavily, and sometimes, we encounter bugs that are bad enough that we have to remain in an older version. We have Ubuntu 20.04 thin clients using the older 22.04 as opposed to 22.07. Version 22.04’s download script only officially supports Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic & 20.04 Focal.

It’d e great if the Snap team would work with the Teradici team to support Snaps so that people on newer versions of Ubuntu would be able to use this without issues.

I created a ticket on their side so, hopefully, HP Anyware will be supported soon.

Dunno if Snapcrafters or Canonical does some outreach to companies, but they can use this ticket number for the feature request as reference: FR-4492. :crossed_fingers:

I mainly created it because HP Anyware doesn’t support 24.04 right now, and I wanna update my KDE Neon desktop in my office to 24.04, and jump the thin clients in my workplace from 20.04 to 24.04.
