Is there any support channel when users who installed a software using snap can seek support in case of the issues with that snap?
I searched online and couldn’t find any channel like this, this forum looks as the place.
The snap’s publisher may or may not provide a contact for support, also the snap topic category in this forum is also a place for support for certain snap(though the publisher may not be available here).
If the snap has some serious issues it should go to the store topic category.
