to completely uninstall a snap and all its data you use the --purge switch to the snap remove command like:
sudo snap remove --purge sosumi

thanks but sure? I was expecting a 60GB gain on the disc space…
yes, pretty sure, the purge switch wipes all writable areas the snap owns and avoids taking of snapshots too …

I found that the qcow file were in
/home/yourusername/snap/sosumi/common
After doing a purge though, that folder was automatically wiped, and it seems there are no more sosumi related files/images anywhere anymore.
Perhaps in your case you’ll have to empty the above folder manually?
