Hello, sometimes snapd is incredibly slow in the “connecting plugs” phase.
Today I installed NeoChat and it took minutes in that phase. The download was very quick, then it stucks connecting plugs. It took 10 minutes as snap changes reports:

Neochat is not the only snap that took so many time to connect plugs, but I didn’t find any specific reason. My PC is fine: Intel NUC i5 12th gen + 8GB RAM + Nvme, so I don’t think this problem is due to low performance of the system. I run Kubuntu 24.10.
It doesn’t seem to do anything for most of the 10 minutes, then the PC fan start spinning and the installation finishes in 30 seconds.
