Snapd download speeds very slow; 10kbps to 60kbps

Hello, I am using Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. I am trying to install snaps via command line, but download speeds are extremely slow. I am located in USA.

I went to the Fastly Debug App. Where do I submit the debug text block? What could be causing the slow download speeds? Are snapd servers having issues?

Edit: Tried again and download speeds started at around 200kbps and slowed down to about 7kbps after about 5 minutes. Is this something wrong on my end or on snapd servers?
