Snapd does not install on Debian 11

I’m using GNU/Debian on version 11. When i try:

    sudo apt install snapd

So get this message:

Reading package lists… Done Building dependency tree
Reading state information… Done Package snapd is not available, but is referred to by another package. This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source E: Package snapd has no installation candidate

I try to do the command apt and apt-get update/upgrade, but the installation still don’t work. I don’t know if it’s a problem of compatibility for new version of Debian or something different(sorry for my bad english, i’m portuguese).

I didn’t have any problems. Did you follow this guide?

You may need to make your user a sudoer first, or switch to the root account directly, to be able to run apt update. I’m just guessing, since you didn’t explain what error you got while trying to run apt update.
