I have some issues with the snapcraft store design.
First, I submitted this snap on behalf of Gluu.
So the snap is not by me… it’s by Gluu.
Second, it should say “Contact Gluu” , not contact me personally. (Note: I didn’t give out my personal email address).
Finally, we produced a custom banner, but it was not used. The video is ok… but we’d prefer to display the banner from our graphic designer.
Is there any way to address these issuses?
The name shown in the “Contact foo” links is taken from the name supplied on the Launchpad.net account. The standard advice for an organisation is to sign-up an organisation account that is used to own the Snap package, which you name after your organisation’s identity. As you already have a Snap the way forward would be to sign-up an organisation account on Launchpad.net and then request that the Snap package be re-owned to the new account. To do the request you should post in the forum’s “store requests” category.

I suspect you are talking about Featured Banner under images. That image is used when you app is featured in category or as main featured app on website and in Ubuntu Software.
