I honestly don’t know if this is a snapcraft , snapd, or me issue. We utilize the appstream metadata interface and it mostly works out of the box. This biggest annoyance is that many of our apps are missing the category. Is this not brought in with the metadata parse-info? I also noticed it could very well be that the category is missing altogether from the store ( aka not an available option ) For instance, we have a bunch of apps with the Internet category. I noticed from the web interface, that isn’t even a category. Where would I go to get this added as a category? Can I manually set this somehow? Thanks for any insight. Scarlett
Sure, You’ll get it in the listing option. Just after the title. But, you can’t manually create a category.
