Snapcraft launch error on Zorin Lite 15

Seen this error elsewhere in the forum:

“Could not find snap/snapcraft.yaml. Are you sure you are in the right directory? To start a new project, use snapcraft init”

This time the error occurred for me just now in Zorin Lite 15, installing Snapcraft from the existing Software centre. Snapcraft installs, but shows this error when launching:

Is there a super simple solution for this, for not just tech idiots, but drooling tech idiots? If there are pictures, even better.

snapcraft is a command line application used for creating snaps.
Are you trying to build a snap? If so, here is the documentation covering that.
