Hello,
I noticed that “snapcraft init” creates a snapcraft.yaml with base: core20
. Is there any specific reason for use core20 when initializing a snap instead of the updated core22
?
It’s just a personal curiosity, not an issue.

Great question and good timing! This improvement is in the works: https://github.com/snapcore/snapcraft/pull/4118
