Snap, then a snap-store-proxy in an Ubuntu Docker

I would like to know if it is possible to install snap, then a snap-store-proxy in an Docker container (with Ubuntu image)?

While you might be able to install snapd and snap packages (i.e. the proxy snap) in a privileged docker container (if it runs systemd proper), this is clearly a matter of gambling as such scenarios are not officially supported and not tested …

typically you’d use a complete VM so you get the required bits and pieces of the os (i.e. a fully set-up systemd) for proper snapd operation
