Snap Store username change request

Hello,

I would like to request a manual change of my Snap Store publisher username.

Current username: cyber-albert-gee Requested username: busystack

I originally created the publisher account using my personal name, but these applications are published under the busystack brand, so I would like the publisher username to use the brand name instead.

The Snapcraft account page currently states that username changes are temporarily disabled and asks users to contact support for a change.

Thanks, @mlathara. The username change itself looks correct, but the new publisher page is showing 0 snaps:

Could you please check whether the username change has propagated to the Store find service / publisher index?

I found a previous username-change case where the new publisher page also showed no snaps because the name change had not propagated to the find service.

Ah - sorry about that. I thought I’d checked that but obviously not. This should be fixed now
