Snap store proxy approval and device limits

Hello,

Couple of questions:

  • I registered a snap story proxy yesterday, and the approval status is still pending. How long generally does it take to get approved?

  • I see some mentions about limits of number of devices. Is this currently enforced?

Hi!

Longer than usual due to the holidays but I’ve just approved your proxy.

It’s not a hard limit, it’s not strictly enforced but we do keep an eye on proxies that go over their initial allocation to better understand how proxies are being used.

OK so I see my limit is 25, (I don’t believe I set that initial allocation anywhere myself), but good to know we won’t be limited.
