Snap Store partial outage - some operations failing with OOPS errors (snap push, release)

Hello,

We’re currently experiencing some infrastructure-related problems at the snap store. Some task queueing servers are misbehaving, causing some operations to fail in interesting ways. We’ve seen reports of snap push and release operations failing, but other operations may be affected.

If possible, retrying might help, but I suggest holding tight while we isolate and fix this problem.

Hello,

The issue has been resolved and things should be back to normal. Do let us know if any review tasks seem stuck for more than 30 minutes or so (note that awaiting manual review is a normal state, no need to alert about those).

Retrying any failed snap push/release at this point should be safe.
