Just installed from Ubuntu 20.04 LTS “Focal Fossa” - Alpha amd64 (20200329)
started snap-store, search for GIMP I am only offered the snap version despite the Focal(universe) repository appears as enabled in the drop-down list from ‘Sofware Repositories’
Also synaptic gparted gnome-tweaks are missing

the behavior seems random.
The bigger problem with snaps comes from separation of the snap from the system so ubuntu-bug does not work and user can not feedback info to the developers.
