Just installed a snapd + snap-store on a fresh install of Debian 11, and this is what I’m seeing.
Could someone please help me troubleshoot this?
I have no idea what’s happening here.

Exactly the same here. snap-store version 3.38.0-66-gbd5b8f7 installed on Debian 10.
- close snap-store (make sure it is closed from the task manager)
- backup ~/snap/snap-store (just rename it or something)
- re open the app again
- voila
