Snap Store can't update itself

I know there are workarounds, but how about a fix? :slight_smile:
I have a two relatively new installations of Ubuntu on two devices and they both have old snap store:

Is this a snap issue or Ubuntu issue? Or is this just me?
Where do I report it so it gets fixed?
