Snap is registered but still cannot publish 404

Hi my snap got registered as i can see the unregister button coming up. but the thing is when i run snapcraft names on my ternimal i see no name is registered and at the same time i cannot publish my snap by running snapcraft upload --release=stable mysnap.snap i see error message Store Operation Failed, resource-not-found: Snap not found for ***

why am i getting this error when my snap is registered?

also when i clicked on my registered snap and it takes me to the /listing path and again i see 404: Aw, snap! We couldn’t find that page

why?

What if you upload without the --release option? Does it upload okay? Does it pass review?
