This link refers to the command snap interfaces, however, according to my current version of snap (2.42.5), this is deprecated in favour of snap connections.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have planned to completely overhaul the IoT/Ubuntu Core documentation in the coming months to address this and other outdated references - when this starts, I’ll create a post here so we can track its progress.
