Snap connect returns "error: forbidden"

Bit unfriendly is that. Shouldn’t it give me a hint that I should be using sudo (or indeed, shouldn’t it use pkexec, like snap install does)?

I don’t believe there is a special case around any command, we either user to be root or use policykit. Perhaps there’s something else at play? I just tried to reproduce this and I got a policy kit prompt (on Ubuntu 18.10).
