snapd unavailable

root@0d699e7ca6ad:~# sudo snap install --devmode --beta anbox
error: cannot communicate with server: Post http://localhost/v2/snaps/anbox: dial unix /run/snapd.socket: connect: no such file or directory
As you can see though it’s installed but I couldn’t do anything
I hope to find a solution and I do not have many options for switching or updating the system

Hi. Is this Ubuntu install running on WSL or as a container or virtual machine?

I think your setup is missing the plumbing needed for snaps to work. At the very least you need systemd, which doesn’t seem to be the case here. You’d also need kernel support (and nesting support if this is running in a container). Some of these custom server images aren’t capable of running snaps.
