Small delta is not an error

Just got this message from snapcraft:

Error generating delta: delta saving is less than 10%.

Can we improve this text? This is not an error. A small delta is a natural outcome of how deltas work. The message should instead say something along the lines of

Delta is larger than 90% of snap size. Sending full snap instead.

or just not say anything at all.
