Can Skype be downloaded onto a Chromebook ?
If your Chromebook has the Google Play store built in, you’d probably find it a lot more convienient to run Skype from there. Especially if your Chromebook is powered by an ARM chip, since the version of Skype on the Snap Store isn’t compatible with ARM processors.
If you’re on an Intel Chromebook, then yes probably; but even then, why take the effort of running a lesser supported environment by enabling dev features if the OS can provide it to you natively anyway.
