As per subject, installed simplenote from snap on fedora 29 gnome. Installer is ok and I see simplenote in application menu, but the application doesn’t start.

I suspect this is because you’re running a wayland session in Fedora 29. I have confirmed here that the simplenote application works under xorg on fedora 29 but not under wayland.

Maybe, I simply installed Fedora, my post-install notes are on simplenote. I didn’t check default graphical server
Just FYI. Rpm downloaded from simplenote website works correctly on wayland session.
