Screenly / Ubuntu Core test rig

Hi guys,

I just wanted to share some details on our new test rig for Screenly Pro.

The rig currently consists of:

  • 1 Compute Module 3 - Ubuntu Core (stable) - not in photo
  • 1 Compute Module 3 - Ubuntu Core (candidate) - not in photo
  • 6 Raspberry Pi 3 Model B - Ubuntu Core (stable)
  • 2 Raspberry Pi 3 Model B - Ubuntu Core (candidate)
  • 2 Raspberry Pi 3 Model B - Ubuntu Core (beta)
  • 2 Raspberry Pi 3 Model B - Screenly Pro legacy

These devices are up and running 24/7 and we are intending to add more hardware going forward. Moreover, we’re also looking to add a HAT showing the status for each individual Pi.

There’s also a dedicated switch and pfSense router/firewall barely visible in the lower right-hand corner.
