I have just uploaded the ros-snapd and it still needs a manual review:

human review required due to 'allow-installation' constraint (bool) declaration-snap-v2_plugs_installation (ros-snapd, ros-snapd-support)

Yes, it was expected. As I said, we can “only” make the change effective once you upload a version that makes automatic review to fail.

This is now live
