For our snap rob-cos-grafana-agent we will need two tracks:
- core22
- core24
The rob-cos-grafana-agent is a snap package containing the grafana agent that can collect journald logs. Because of an incompatibility between sd-journal C API and journald version, we need to use a different base to make the snap work on Ubuntu 24.04
