Requesting yarnpkg command/alias for node snap

As described in https://github.com/nodesource/distributions/issues/816, the yarnpkg command is included in the snap contents but is not setup for the user.

This causes issues when attempting to use tools (such as gobuffalo) that rely on the command.
yarnpkg is present to disambiguate the existence of the hadoop yarn command.
