Requesting default aliases for libxml2

Dear @reviewers, I would like to request default aliases for the libxml2 snap.

Command Requested Alias
libxml2.xmllint xmllint
libxml2.xmlcatalog xmlcatalog

Reasoning

This has already been discussed at Requesting default aliases for libxml2-utils , as I’m obsoleting the libxml2-utils namespace in favor of libxml2 I hereby request for granting the same aliases to this snap.
