Request write permissions for ~./config/jhack

Hi! jhack needs write permissions for ~/.config/jhack/ to store its own configuration files.

If I read this correctly, this was already granted some time ago. However @cav recommends I open a new request.

Jhack can already read the directory, but I need write access as well.

Thanks for making a new request as it helps with tracking from our side. As stated in the previous request, the snap is the clear owner of the personal-files and has already received the votes. I have gone ahead and made this live. Please let me know if you run into any issues
