I apologize for this not being properly documented.
Canonical-owned snaps should have a reasonable commitment to maintenance and ideally a non-1 number of collaborators. The more the merrier.
We also ask that they are released to a stable risk and have proper metadata so they also present adequately in snapcraft.io, given that they will be associated with Canonical’s name.
Both your snaps seem to have enough collaborators to cover the maintenance aspect. However, the exporter is only released to edge, and the description and summary for both is rather spartan.
I can transfer -collector to Canonical since it has a stable release, though I would ask you to spice up the description a bit.
For -exporter, please let me know when you release it to stable and I’m happy to do the transfer then.
So at this point, please let me know if you want me to transfer -collector and do -exporter once it’s stable, or you’d rather wait until -exporter is stable and then I do both at once.

Yeah, these snaps are indeed in development process. We wanted to make change because I won’t be involved with their development anymore. Could you, alternatively, transfer them to eric.chen instead? He’s listed as collaborator on both.
I have transferred both to Eric 
Happy to move them to Canonical once they have stable releases, you or Eric can poke me when that happens.
