Request for reserved name: yamllint

I’d like to request the reserved snap name yamllint.

I’ve contacted the upstream maintainer and they don’t want to maintain a snap release but are alright with me doing so. My plan is to take the snap I’ve already created and migrate it over to snapcrafters with the cleaner name.
