Request for ownership: pipenv

Hey there folks, per discussions with @popey and @roadmr starting off at the Snapcraft Summit (things have been hectic!) I am requesting ownership of the name ‘pipenv’ which is currently reserved by someone who has never been able to publish anything using the name.

I believe someone reached out back in June and we were going to wait a week but various things happened and we all got busy so here we are.

If at all possible, it’d be super convenient to transfer this to the store account ‘python-packaging’ – and I know we were getting accounts verified at the event but since we couldn’t publish at the time it’d be super convenient to get this verified too.

Sorry, I was waiting to see if a second attempt at contacting the old owner succeeded, I’ll get things rolling, should have something in the next couple of days.

Hey folks, after repeated attempts to contact the old owner continued to be unsuccessful, I’ve completed the transfer of this snap as requested by upstream and advocacy.
