Request for octave-cli alias

I would like to request the creation of an alias octave-cli for the octave.octave-cli command. I have tested this locally with snap alias octave.octave-cli octave-cli. As you can see the command is already well namespaced. This alias will help users transitioning from octave installed with apt, where octave and octave-cli are expected to be callable in PATH.

+1 from me - there is no obvious name conflict (since it has the octave prefix) and this is what users would expect
