Request for a `24` track for the `bluez`, `modem-manager` and `network-manager` snaps

Hello,

We need new tracks for the upcomming UC24 release, specifically the 3 following system-snaps.

  • modem-manager
  • network-manager
  • bluez

They need identical tracks to the current tracks they already have for UC22. They look like 22/{edge,beta,candidate,stable}.

I hope it’s okay I consolidated the request for the three of them.
