Request for 0.28 track with brainframe-client

Hi Snap team,

We’re going to begin development on the 0.28.x release series for BrainFrame, so I’d like to request a ‘0.28’ track for the brainframe-client Snap.

I hope that this can qualify for the expedited review process, since we’ve already made a similar request in the past.
