Request classic confinement for ccache(Compiler cache)

Dear @reviewers, I would like to request classic confinement for the ccache snap(the upstream preferred snap name request in progress).

Reasoning

  • ccache requires access to arbitrary GCC-like compilers in the host’s system, there are other options possible (like shipping the toolchain directly via content snaps) but currently AFAICT no one implements them, yet.

This sounds similar to the golang classic discussions from the past. The publisher has previously been vetted, so since the requirements are understood, granting use of classic. This is now live.

Note, there are no revisions in the store for this.
