Request auto connection for rt-tests snap interfaces

The rt-tests is a snap staged from the Debian package rt-tests on Universe. Used to test real time capabilities of a system.

This request is to allow auto-connection for the rt-tests snap on the interfaces:

process-control - Used by the applications: cyclictest, deadline_test, pi_stress, pip_stress, pmqtest, ptsematest, signaltest, sigwaittest, svsematest.
cpu-control - Used by: cyclictest, hwlatdetect.
mount-observe - Used by: cyclicdeadline, deadline_test, hwlatdetect
system-trace - Used by: cyclicdeadline, deadline_test, hwlatdetect

+1 from my end for auto-connection of process-control, cpu-control, mount-observe and system-trace which looks essential for this snap to test various real time test scenarios on kernel
