Remote-build: Snap builds for arm64 & armhf won't build

Hi, for the past few days, Launchpad has been unable to build ARM64 and ARMHF packages, they remain stuck in the Needs Building status on Launchpad and Building soon on Snapcraft dashboard.

Do you know how to resolve this issue?

I wonder if this is related to the issue I’m seeing? Core22 install is failing on GitHub ARM64 runners
