Remodelling error when upgrading to UC22:

Hi, When attempting to upgrade to UC22 from UC20, I get the following error:

2022-10-28T09:58:57Z ERROR cannot deliver device serial request: unexpected status 400

The device is associated with a brand store and a device view store.

I’ve tried a few permutations of the signed model assertions, particularly with:

"serial-authority": ["generic"],

I’ve tried it with and without, and what I think is our own serial-authority.

I raised a support request and got the following response, which worked.

Blockquote When doing this sort of remodel you need to go first to your Serial Vault instance and go to Models -> “Sub-Store Models”. There you need to add an entry that specifies the current model and serial number of the device you want to remodel and the target store and model. This data will be consumed by the device when performing the remodel.
