Publisher change request: oras

I would like to change the publisher of oras(snap ID: ucX5Pg4dueZJJFOU1HzzjpDLO7ww89O4) to cncforas(orasproject@gmail.com).

Previously toabctl helped register the name and transferred the ownership to cncforas. But the publisher name is still Thomas Bechtold, which confuses ORAS user during installation.

From what I can see the current owner of the snap is still toabctl. In order to proceed with your request, could you please reach out to them and ask them to confirm here that they are OK with this transfer?
