Private Snaps on snapcraft store

I am creating an ubuntu-core based image with multiple custom built snaps. This image will run on hundreds of gateways, that should auto update these custom built snaps.

My questions are;

  • Can I publish multiple private snaps to my snapcraft account?
  • Is there a limit on number of private snaps I can create?
  • Is there a limit on how many times those private snaps can be downloaded?
  • Do I need a special subscription to achieve this?

The “private” snap feature in the global store is for development use as only the publisher or collaborators have access to it, and that access grants full read/write permissions thus not making it suitable for distribution.
