Pixbuf errors to some apps such as VS code, Gitkraken

Hello everyone,

For me, the first signs of this problem appeared with VS code, it wasn’t opening a directory, yeah it took a while until I came here writing this post…

This is very annoying, the program is crashing and there is no adequate reason what’s happening.

This likely means that your installation is broken.

Really? Which installation, system? Specific program?

Try running the gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders > /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders.cache to make things work again for the time being.

This also doesn’t help at all. I’ve tried to create this directory but nothing helps.

This is the full log opened with terminal and logged the crash when I tried to open directory:

WARNING: cgroup v2 is not fully supported yet, proceeding with partial confinement

The very similar but not exact log is giving VS code also.

I’m using Fedora 32 with Cinnamon DE.

Notably .rpm version of Gitkraken and VS code not hosted by snapcraft works perfectly, this shows problems on snap side.

But seems like devs not looking into this, cuz the bug is not new here…

Here is a similar issue reported but nobody cares, the post is two months old.
