So, I been using snap on arch linux (cachy-os) I noticed my boot-time was 15 second, now it jumped too 25 second.

If you see the time added by snap, while flatpak doesn’t introduce any boot time problem.
I uninstalled snapd, and Now my system boots in 20 sec
Startup finished in 6.966s (firmware) + 2.989s (loader) + 1.283s (kernel) + 3.482s (initrd) + 6.060s (userspace) = 20.783s
graphical.target reached after 6.060s in userspace.
