Nteract only finds kernels if started outside sandbox (Ubuntu LTS 18.04)

Hi!

I’m trying out the nteract snap on Ubuntu LTS 18.04 and it turns out that when I execute nteract the app doesn’t find the jupyter kernels (python3, and, in my case, sagemath). However, when I execute /snap/nteract/current/nteract, everything is fine. Does the snap deny access to the jupyter kernels installed in /usr/share/jupyter/kernels/? nteract was installed with the following command: sudo snap install nteract.

snap packages typically have no access to /usr/share …
also, this snap is still in the edge channel and has not had a stable release yet, so take it with a grain of salt …
