Currently I can’t use a CJKV ibus input (e.g., ibus-libpinyin) in any snap-installed apps on Ubuntu 20.10. The apps I have tried include:
- brave
- signal-desktop
- simplenote
- snap-store
- vscode
- spotify
Below is my snap info:
$ snap --version
snap 2.48.1
snapd 2.48.1
series 16
ubuntu 20.10
kernel 5.8.0-33-generic
Is there anything can be done to fix this issue? Especially considering the snap-store also has the same problem. Having users install these apps via .deb doesn’t sound like an ideal solution imo. Thanks!
