What should the process to take over the nmap snap name to maintain it be?

@evan, the nmap snap was created by a canonical employee (Joe Talbott) but their email is black holed. Have they left the company and therefore unable or unwilling to maintain this snap? In which case @reviewers, what’s the process for transferring dead snap names to a more willing maintainer?

Nobody? I really think that it would be great to have an updated and maintained snap of nmap.
