Changing to the snap category as this seems to be specific to the nextcloud snap.

Indeed I am. This warning is shown when you enable the theming app, because the theming app uses imagick to generate favicons. However, imagick has an awful security history; the snap doesn’t ship it as a result. You’ll find numerous references if you google “nextcloud snap imagick”.
